Trèves Group announces the acquisition of Greiner Perfoam GmbH

Trèves Group, a global leader in acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive industry, headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, has completed the full acquisition of Greiner Perfoam GmbH, the manufactured product-OEM automotive business of the NEVEON foam division. 

Greiner Perfoam, headquartered in Austria, is a leading provider of interior trim and powertrain insulation parts for the automotive business. It employs around 600 people. The perimeter of this acquisition is composed by Greiner Perfoam GmbH in Enns and Linz (Austria), Greiner Perfoam s.r.o in Tabor and Valašské Meziříči (Czech Republic), Greiner Perfoam Automotive Components, S.de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico, and the two joint ventures in China, Shenyang Greiner Automotive Components Co, Ltd., and Tianjin Greiner Automotive Components.

Through this transaction, Trèves Group reinforces its presence in Central and Eastern Europe and its ties with Premium German OEMs. The new entity, Trèves Perfoam, aims to become the Group’s skills center for premium Parcel Shelves and Encapsulations.
