What You'll Do
- Supervise, motivate and develop the team.
- Manage intervention schedules and on-call duties.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety instructions (LOTO, wearing of PPE).
- Define and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
- Supervise complex curative interventions and provide technical support to the teams.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): TRS, MTBF, MTTR.
- Participate in the development of the maintenance budget (spare parts, consumables, external services) in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager
- Manage the stock of critical parts to avoid any prolonged production disruptions.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions (methods such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Participate in new construction projects and the installation of new equipment (CAPEX).
Perfil
What you bring
- Minimum Bac+3 level education in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including successful experience in team management.
- You are proficient in automated systems.
- Expertise in mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software (SAP, Mainta, Coswin...).
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, pragmatism and high resistance to stress.
