For our production plant in Trèves Portugal, Cesar (Oliveira de Azeméis), we are looking for:

AQF Pilot – directly on supplier quality.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AQF Pilot to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the resolution of non-conformities and implementing corrective actions, while validating the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). You will manage relationships with suppliers—including audits and new supplier development—and monitor quality KPIs to optimize the reduction of non-quality costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Background: Degree, in Engineering (preferably)
• Languages:
• English (Mandatory): Level of autonomy for fluent communication in the business context.
• Excel (Mandatory): Good knowledge and proficiency in using the tool for analysis and reporting.
• Soft Skills (Contextually Implicit): Proactivity, good organizational skills, and interpersonal communication.
• Availability for travel abroad;
• Good organizational skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Pro-activeness, enjoyment of teamwork and good interpersonal relationship;
