Support production by implementing improvements and resolving process issues.

Support new product introduction by developing & implementing processes.

• Implement and optimize new product introduction processes.
• Support new projects and engineering changes/deviations
• Produce standard work instructions, control their use & update as required.
• Produce & control machine setting parameter sheets.
• Actively participate in QRQC & practical problem solving.
• Assist in the industrialization of new products with a focus on transfer to production.
• Provide training to production team members on new products & processes.
• Undertake 'troubleshooting' projects on existing production that has unacceptable production output.
• Participate in cost saving initiatives & lead improvement projects.
