As a Financial Controller, you will be part of the management team at our Linz plant. You will work closely with the shop floor, ensuring transparency in the financial data and guaranteeing that operational decisions are based on sound analysis. Your focus will be on optimizing costs, improving processes, and driving the site's performance in collaboration with the Plant Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing the plant's profit and loss statement, as well as variance and cost analyses.

• Forecasting and cash flow planning directly related to operational processes

• Monitoring material costs, production KPIs, and investments

• Working closely with production, logistics, and purchasing to achieve targets

• Leading and supporting the budgeting process together with the management team

• Evaluating projects, scrap and cost variances, and deriving concrete measures

• Supporting cost calculations, hourly rates, and internal transfer prices

What you bring:

A degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on controlling

Several years of professional experience in production controlling, preferably in the automotive sector

Very good English skills

Analytical strength, accuracy and initiative
