Your Role as Plant Manager

• Be the Catalyst for Change: Lead the transformation of the facility, ensuring production, logistics, and quality targets are met while modernizing processes.
• Strengthen the Team: Unite, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce. Address people topics with empathy, fairness, and a commitment to building a strong workplace culture.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations while implementing long-term improvements in safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Act as the face of the company for local authorities, union representatives, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: Ensure the plant operates within legal and corporate guidelines, prioritizing health, safety, and environmental protection.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a driven and hands-on leader who:

• Has proven Experience in Automotive Manufacturing: A deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the automotive sector and a strong track record of leading teams in complex environments.
• Is fluent in Czech and has very good English Skills: Effective communication in both languages is essential for success in this role.
• Excels at building relationships and resolving sensitive people topics with integrity and care.
