💼 Your goal is to support the IT Operation in building a seamless, secure, and high-performing environment so that our employees, from the design office to the production line, can concentrate entirely on their work, not on IT. You will help ensure that IT is a silent enabler, not a source of worry or disruption.

🔍 About your Role :

As an IT Operations PMO Trainee, you will work directly with the Group IT Operations Manager. You will be at the heart of our global IT organization, working in close coordination with the Cybersecurity Manager, the IT Technical Lead, and our local teams.

Your mission is to bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution. You will capture technical recommendations and ensure they are successfully implemented across our worldwide manufacturing footprint (spanning countries such as China, Turkey, the UK, Portugal, Brazil, the US, and beyond).

You will not be coding, but instead driving the tracking, reporting, and 360° management of around ten major IT infrastructure and security projects over the year.

📋 Your Missions :

1. Global Coordination & Deployment Overview

• Expert Liaison: Work closely with the Cybersecurity Manager and IT Technical Lead to document group-level recommendations, standards, and security measures (such as penetration test corrections, network segmentation, and data center migrations).
• Plant-Level Implementation: Coordinate with local proximity IT teams at each plant to ensure global standards are deployed on the ground (e.g., local infrastructure tracking, Wi-Fi rollouts, or factory line connections). You will track overall progress and flag any local blockers.
• International Follow-up: Manage the relationships and project milestones across multiple time zones (from South America to Asia), ensuring every plant is aligned with the Group's technical roadmap.

2. Project Management Office (PMO) & Activity Tracking

• Smart Synthesis: Use AI Agents (e.g., Gemini) to transform dense technical discussions and global meeting transcripts into structured reports, executive summaries, and clear action plans.
• KPI & Reporting: Maintain global dashboards (using Excel, PowerPoint) tracking the health of infrastructure, security compliance, and migration timelines for all sites.
• Activity Management: Help monitor the overall workload of the IT team, assisting the PMO in detecting and preventing potential bottlenecks or team overloads.

🔍 Your Profile and Your Strengths

✅Master’s Degree student in Management or IT. The candidate needs good understanding of IT systems without being an expert as the role is more IT management.

✅You must have a strong interest and good foundational knowledge in IT (understanding links between servers, network infrastructure, and basic security concepts). While this role involves no coding, having a previous background in development or having personally invested time in IT tech subjects is highly valued.

✅Fluent English (Mandatory): Daily interaction in English with international teams.

✅Highly proficient in spreadsheet and presentation tools (Google Workspace or MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint).

✅You are comfortable communicating with diverse teams worldwide and can track dozens of simultaneous actions across different continents with organizational rigor and structure.
