As a Logistics Coordinator , you will be the day-to-day interface for our supply chain partners, including global customers, suppliers, and carriers. Your mission is to balance demand and supply while optimizing resources and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interface: Analyze and integrate customer requirements into our SAP system (via EDI, portals, and direct communication) and ensure 100% on-time delivery.

  • Production & Procurement Planning: Execute MPS (Master Production Schedule) planning to optimize stocks and resources while monitoring the production service rate.

  • Supplier Management: Realize supplier requirement planning and follow up on pending receipts to ensure the constant availability of components and packaging.

  • Flow Optimization: Manage transport requirements with carriers and exercise the authority to organize special transport when necessary to safeguard production.

  • Performance Tracking: Conduct regular analysis of logistics KPIs, identifying root causes for any deviations and building robust action plans to hit targets.

  • Inventory Control: Participate in stock counting activities and lead deviation analysis to maintain high inventory accuracy.


Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys dynamic coordination.

  • Experience:  Industrial Engineer with previous experience in logistics, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably within the automotive Tier-1 industry. 

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and a solid understanding of EDI flows and customer portals.
    • Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs (service rates, stock levels, transport costs) and implement corrective actions.

    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and international customers.

    • Adaptability: A “solution-provider” attitude with the ability to manage urgent transport needs and fluctuating production demands.

    • Language: Professional English skills are required for coordination with our global supply chain partners.
