Missions:

Provide the manufacturing department with a fully industrialized process for all plant products and the continuous process improvement to manufacturing.

Contribute to product/process productivity.

Ensure the availability of industrial data on the products currently being industrialised in order to define the master plan.

Prepare the plant for future markets

Manage all the activities of the Series Life Methods and the specific processes.

Supervise the maintenance and tools department.

Take charge of missions or actions in his/her area of expertise according to the instructions of your hierarchy and participate in the progress process within the plant.

• University Degree in Engineering
• Similar experience in a managerial position in Maintenance and/or Engineering in companies fielded in automotive industry, is a must
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, independence and proactivity
• Problem-solving skills
• English - communication on a daily basis
• MS Office experienced user.
