What You'll Do
- Proactively anticipate customer expectations, formulate compelling technical responses, and promote approved solutions aligned with the Trèves Group innovation strategy.
- Act as the technical eyes and ears of the company. Report emerging customer needs and competitor solutions to the Regional Technical Director to help shape our future Product, Process, and Sales strategies.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders during the RFQ phase, actively lobbying for Trèves’ technical concepts and cost-optimized design alternatives.
- Serve as the primary, customer-oriented technical expert, answering complex client queries while maintaining a close, collaborative relationship with our internal product and process engineering teams.
Profil
What You Bring
- Technical education (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.)
- Solid background in the automotive industry, ideally with direct experience in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), trunk, or interior products.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of confidently interfacing with customers during project and RFQ phases.
- Proficiency in navigating CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) to evaluate product designs and technical feasibility.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
