What You'll Do

• Ensuring the control, accounting and payment of supplier invoices, month-end entries..
• Month-end entries: provisions
• Regular clearing and justifying of third party accounts
• Supporting external and internal audit process, providing all justification needed
• Supporting the chief accountant for accounts payable transformation activities and projects (organization / processes / systems)

What you bring

• Relevant Experience & Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, paired with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting (manufacturing plant experience is a strong plus).

• Core Accounting Proficiency: A solid grasp of accounting principles with a proven track record of highly accurate invoice processing, managing month-end entries (including provisions), and meticulously clearing and reconciling third-party accounts.

• Audit Readiness & Compliance: Previous experience preparing documentation and justifications to effectively support both internal and external audit processes.

• Tech-Savvy & Forward-Thinking: Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle), combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset to help the Chief Accountant drive AP transformation and system modernization projects.

• Communication & Languages: Fluent in Slovak (or Czech) and a solid working proficiency in English, with the collaborative communication skills needed to partner effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
