Watching over health, safety and well-being

At Trèves, we are aware of the role we play in the communities in which we operate.

Employee health and safety is a key company priority. In fact, Trèves firmly believes that all accidents can be avoided. This belief, alongside continuous improvement, is the foundation on which the Group's senior management bases its approach to promoting a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture.

The Group is committed to respecting human rights, promoting diversity and inclusion, and guaranteeing fair working conditions for all its employees. By investing in skills development and supporting local initiatives, the Group works to create a positive impact and strengthen the social fabric.

At Trèves, sustainable innovation is the Group’s driving force. Over 95% of the innovation plan projects aim to reduce CO2 emissions.
Trèves continually invests in the research and development of innovating solutions that combine high acoustic performance with the demands of a more sustainable future by reducing the weight of parts and giving preference to the purchase of recycled raw materials. The quantity of recycled polyester fibres (PET) used in production represents 55 million plastic bottles by year.

Trèves is committed to sustainable resource management by reducing its manufacturing process energy consumption and increasing the proportion of purchased renewable electricity and solar self-generation.

 Working honestly in a changing world

Trèves believes in full transparency towards its stakeholders. 

The company publishes the annual Global Compact brochure on its sustainable development performance detailing its challenges, objectives and performance.

The Group is committed to complying with regulations and other applicable requirements relating to health and safety, chemicals, air, greenhouse gas emissions, water, soil, waste, noise, biodiversity, land use and impact on deforestation.

The Group's suppliers undertake to comply with the ethics charter and the anti-corruption code, thus guaranteeing a responsible supply chain in line with its principles.
