As a Logistics Engineering Leader, your primary responsibility will be to deploy Trèves logistics operating rules, through the application of standards and the use of tools, for the entire Supply Chain, throughout the product life cycle.

(Request For Quuotation, Project/Launch, Serial Life, Design change, Industrial Transfer, Spare Parts and end of life)

Key Responsibilities:

·  Identify the group's Supply Chain Best Practice and train logisticians and support functions in the use of tools and in compliance with Supply Chain standards and rules.

·  Establish functional specifications for the tools requiring intervention of Information Technology department. Participate in User acceptance Test and drafting of operating procedures.

· Map and enhance the Supply Chain throughout the product life cycle in order to participate in the improvement, standardization and capitalization of all flows. (physical flows, information flows, financial flows)

Participate as an expert in all logistics improvement work, internally (all Trèves sites) or externally to the group (Suppliers, service providers, customers).

Responsibility for 6 plants in the region "Eastern Europe Cluster" (CZ, SK, AT)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a logistics management role, 
• Experience with the automotive industry 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with automotive standards (eg, IATF 16949, ISO 9001) 
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages as German is appreciated
• Willingness to travel (25% )
