Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Supervise, manage and motivate the Maintenance team staff.
  • Oversee the site maintenance policy (resources/infrastructure/tools).
  • Ensure activities are completed and reports are produced.
  • Providing technical expertise in resolving maintenance problems and in various technical projects (process improvement, implementation of new equipment, etc.) 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor the actions to be carried out by the maintenance team.
  • To contribute to maintaining current and future industrial performance and customer satisfaction, in accordance with established objectives and regulatory constraints.
  • To guarantee and continuously improve the reliability of equipment while strictly adhering to the budget.
  • To manage the infrastructure and associated services.
  • Manage operational documentation and the store.
  • To undertake, within one's area of ​​​​expertise, the missions or actions as directed by one's superiors and to participate in the improvement process within the factory.

Profile

What you bring

  • Solid experience managing, motivating, and developing a maintenance team (experience leading teams of 10+ people is highly preferred). You know how to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • A strong background in industrial maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree, or equivalent experience) with the ability to provide expert guidance on resolving complex equipment issues and implementing new machinery.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee site maintenance policies, manage facility infrastructure, and improve equipment reliability while strictly adhering to budgets.

  • A track record of actively participating in and driving continuous improvement initiatives (eg, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) to boost industrial performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Experience managing operational documentation, overseeing spare parts inventory/store management, and ensuring that all maintenance activities and reports are completed accurately and on time.

  • A deep understanding of regulatory constraints, safety standards, and operational objectives to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

  • The agility to handle varied technical projects, manage associated facility services, and seamlessly support broader factory improvement missions as directed by leadership.
