As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Tabor.


Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Validate the required resources (staff, materials, etc.) to meet the objectives of the project.
  • Put on the project team while respecting the allocated budgets (technical costs, industrialization costs, start-up costs, etc.).
  • Define and implement the project management plan, project planning, operational communication of the project.
  • Define and communicate for each contributing business function the objectives and economic budgets of the project.
  • Manage and update the project planning. Identify and manage, through targeted action plan, the critical path of project planning.
  • Identify and manage, through action plan and/or multi-business convergence, the risks of the project.

Profile

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive), Business Administration, or a related field.

  • [3-5+] years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier industry.

  • Familiarity with automotive industry standards, product development phases, and quality processes (eg, APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949).

  • A strong track record of successfully guiding complex projects from initial concept through to series production. A formal project management certification (eg, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly advantageous.

  • The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional and international teams (such as R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Production) in a matrix organization.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

  • Business fluency in English and German .

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills, financial awareness (cost and budget control), and a commitment to quality.
