What You'll Do

• Partner with Family Purchasing Managers and R&D to define supplier panels, run competitive bidding, support prototype sourcing, and secure optimal QCD & LTA terms during the RFQ phase.

• Manage negotiations to meet project material cost targets, offset quick savings, and ensure purchasing contracts are finalized on time.

• Coordinate supplier activities, align procurement schedules with project timelines, and act as the core liaison between project teams and suppliers.

• Track key performance metrics, maintain the Purchasing Dashboard (CBDs, TPS system, index targets), and drive project convergence plans.

• Monitor critical supplier issues to ensure effective corrective actions while aligning regional strategies across shared platforms.

What you bring

• Proven track record in automotive or manufacturing procurement across all phases, from RFQ through industrialization to mass production.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate competitive terms, review Cost Breakdown Details (CBDs), meet material economic targets, and secure Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).

• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect technical teams (R&D, Plant Procurement) with external suppliers and international project stakeholders.

• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Hands-on experience working with purchasing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and applying structured sourcing systems.

• Proactive mindset with a history of resolving critical supplier bottlenecks and maintaining on-time project delivery.
