Treves is a rapidly growing, dynamic group operating across 4 continents and 16 countries, with a proud team of 4,600 employees worldwide. Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for an experienced Quality manager for our plant in Prestanov, Czechia.

• Ensure the implementation and respect of quality policies and the quality management system according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and internal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements from the industrialization phases. Plan the measures to guarantee the product quality.
• Manage the plant quality technicians/engineers.
• Propose changes of the quality management system to improve it and adapt it to customer and other shareholders expectations in order to assure the organization's competitiveness.
• Participate in the Plant Processes improvement plan.
• Lead on Product Safety and Conformity Representative (PSCR) related activities.
• Ensure coordination with the factory's SQA and formalize quality incidents to suppliers.
• Assure reports (daily, weekly, monthly) are done correctly and on time.
• Responsible for achieving the targets of the Q KPIS for the plant.
