To support our continued growth and strengthen our commercial organization, we are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager. Based in Bucharest, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of a strategic client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Portfolio Growth
Develop and manage a key account portfolio across an international scope (France, Spain, Morocco, Romania).
Identify new growth opportunities and drive the profitability of your business portfolio.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
Maintain a strong presence in France (1 week/month) and Spain/Morocco to stay deeply connected to client needs and operations.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between various client sites and our internal teams.
RFQ & Project Leadership
Lead the end-to-end RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, from analysis and bid preparation to negotiation and closing.
Oversee customer projects from the initial development phase through to successful mass production launch.
Performance & Internal Coordination
Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, opportunities, and risks to headquarters (Issy-les-Moulineaux / CERA Reims).
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to guarantee outstanding client satisfaction.
Your Profile
Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
Experience:
A proven track record of 7-10 years in an international sales or key account management role, ideally within the automotive or a related industrial sector.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex, high-value contracts with major accounts.
Solid experience leading multi-country and multi-site projects.
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
A results-driven professional with a sharp business acumen.
Proven ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Languages: Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approx. 1 week/month to France, Spain, Morocco + 1 visit/month to Reims).
