To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Materials, Process & Product Development Leader to join our team in Tabor.
What You'll Do
What you bring
A degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in product development, material characterization, and industrialization (preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors). Solid background in CAD design and reading 2D drawings, combined with hands-on experience using PLM/ERP tools like Teamcenter (TIM) and SAP for managing Bill of Materials (BOM). Deep understanding of functional analysis, Design and Process FMEA, Design Validation Plans (DVP), and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) to drive productivity and cost optimization. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate technical feasibility with customers, define specifications for suppliers, and provide seamless support to manufacturing plants. A track record of leading technical projects from initial concept through to Start of Production (SOP), ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
