What You'll Do

• Organizing recruitment processes, including conducting interviews
• Supporting the development and implementation of incentive programs and events
• Employee training
• Preparing payroll data
• HR reporting
• Creating and managing the employee database in the ComInfo system
• Managing internal regulations and policies and participating in their creation

What you bring

• Minimum of secondary education with a school-leaving exam (maturita)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Very good command of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Language skills (good level of English)
• Positive, logical, and analytical mindset
• Reliability, independence, flexibility, and loyalty
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate across the manufacturing plant
