What You'll Do

• You will support the day-to-day HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience at our site.
• You will support payroll preparations by ensuring accurate data entry and liaising with the finance department at month-end to reconcile accounts.
• You will maintain accurate employee records in our HR information systems, including SAP and Talentsoft, and handle general HR administrative tasks.
• You will assist in generating HR reports and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
• You will act as a trusted point of contact for our employees regarding general HR inquiries and assist in promoting a positive work environment.
• You will be the main contact person for external temporary employment agencies, tracking worked hours and verifying invoices.

What you bring

• You have a strong background in HR and demonstrate an openness to international activities.
• You possess a solid understanding of general HR processes, including labor  law, payroll, and talent development.
• You have hands-on experience using HR software systems, specifically SAP and Talentsoft.
• You are characterized by a high degree of autonomy, a structured way of working, and an openness to change.
• You possess strong English skills, enabling you to communicate effectively within our complex international corporate structure.
• You are a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating on new initiatives and bringing in ideas for improvement.
