Role Overview

We're looking for a Direct Purchasing Engineer who will play a key role in developing our procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring high-quality standards across local and international vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct material and component purchasing processes

• Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts

• Lead pricing and cost optimization efforts

• Monitor inventory and order flow via ERP systems

• Collaborate with internal departments to meet production demands

• Analyze supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct procurement (automotive industry preferred)

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel
