Description du poste
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing for the plant, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze plant financial statements, variance reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment under US GAAP / IFRS / local statutory requirements.
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (inventory, accruals, fixed assets, etc.).
Costing & Inventory Control
- Own the standard cost process.
- Monitor manufacturing variances (PPV, labor, overhead, scrap, absorption) and provide insights to operations.
- Ensure proper valuation and reporting of inventory, including cycle count programs and physical inventory.
- Partner with supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy and reduce obsolescence.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the plant annual budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecasts.
- Develop cost‑center budgets and monitor performance against targets.
Business Partnership & Operational Support
- Act as the financial strategic partner to the Plant Manager and operations leadership.
- Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost structure.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Compliance, Controls & Audit
- Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits for the plant.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- 3–5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing or plant environment.
- Experience with standard cost accounting and inventory management required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS and cost accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ERP systems highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with operations and influence cross‑functional teams.
- High integrity and strong attention to detail.
