What You'll Do

• Drive APQP procedures, document Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), and guarantee quality objectives are met during the RFQ and development phases.
• Oversee the creation, application, and updates of Global FMEAs and Control Plans. Manage PPAP files to guarantee timely PSW (Part Submission Warrant) approval before SOP.
• Establish and maintain Defect Eradication Plans (PED). Lead problem-solving workshops, implement robust corrective actions for non-conformities, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Create specifications for checking fixtures, secure customer validation, and check the conformity of 3D inspection reports and R&R studies.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with automotive quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA).
• Strong familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and managing Customer Specific Requirements.
• Proven ability to lead corrective actions and problem-solving workshops in case of customer complaints or critical issues.
• Fluent in English and Czech.
