As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our team in Tabor.

• Implement and lead direct purchasing strategies, collaborate on cost-saving plans, and optimize budgets through cost analysis and supplier competition.

• Manage the supplier panel, negotiate contracts, and build long-term supplier relationships.

• Provide monthly productivity reports, maintain performance databases, and support productivity initiatives.

• Ensure supplier adherence to IATF and HSE standards, manage performance using QCD indicators, and update supplier quality data for audits.

What you bring

• You have completed relevant education, preferably academic.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in indirect purchasing within the automotive sector or a similar industry.

• You have excellent command of Czech, are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is a plus. Additionally, you bring strong IT skills, including expertise in MS Office, Google Workspace, and knowledge of SAP.

• You master the art of negotiation and value close collaboration with suppliers and internal departments.

• You are an organizational talent who thrives in a dynamic environment.
