Description du poste

In this exciting position, you will drive the further development of our production processes and technologies together with our teams in Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. You will lead technical projects – from conception to implementation – and ensure that equipment, tools, and processes are optimally coordinated. With your expertise, you will strengthen our innovative power, secure stable processes, and significantly contribute to the success of our plants.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You manage exciting investment and tooling projects – from planning to successful completion.

  • You develop new manufacturing processes, production equipment, and tools together with our partners.

  • You plan the layout and define the optimal production sequence.

  • You create specification sheets, handle procurement, and support the integration and commissioning of equipment.

  • You manage projects both domestically and internationally (e.g., in the Czech Republic and Slovakia).

  • You support our maintenance, production, purchasing, and sales teams with your technical expertise.

  • You plan external tool repairs and improve existing tools.

  • You conduct and coordinate FMEA processes.

  • You ensure the smooth flow of equipment, tools, and processes within the project team.

  • You guide our plants through all important project phases – from first part production to Start of Production (SOP).

  • You continuously improve existing processes and technologies and contribute your technical knowledge to feasibility studies.


Profil

What Impresses Us:

  • You have a completed technical education (HTL, FH, or University), ideally in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology.

  • You have 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

  • You possess very good English skills as well as sound IT knowledge (Google Workspace, SAP).

  • You are familiar with project management or have initial experience.

  • You work independently, are structured, and think in a solution-oriented way.

  • Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%) are natural for you.

  • You are self-assured and convincing through your strong communication skills.
