1. Data Structuring & Projects

• Support Data Owners and Process Owners in defining and documenting data within their specific domains.

• Assist in the follow-up of data structuring projects to ensure alignment with corporate quality and integrity standards.

• Help maintain accurate data definitions, business glossaries, and data dictionaries.

2. Data Catalog & Metadata Management

• Contribute to the setup and enrichment of the centralized metadata repository.

• Track and document data lineage for critical datasets to visualize flow, transformations, and dependencies.

• Ensure all data assets are appropriately labeled according to the corporate classification scheme: Public, Proprietary, or Confidential.

3. Efficiency Dashboard & Monitoring

• Build a comprehensive dashboard to measure the effectiveness of the governance program using Key Data Governance Metrics.

• Monitor and report on KPIs such as data quality scores, policy compliance rates, and issue resolution times.

• Identify anomalies through regular data profiling and support Data Stewards in remediation activities.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Data Governance frameworks and regulatory standards such as GDPR or NIS2.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and build visual reporting dashboards.

• Proficiency in data documentation and metadata management concepts.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, and the Information Security Team.
