Lean Manufacturing VA/VE Manager
Material Savings (VA/VE): Actively identifying and implementing savings in material dimensions and structures (eg, changes in thickness, format, and composition).
Waste Reduction: Conducting detailed analysis to minimize technological scrap and material overconsumption.
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen & 5S): Organizing and leading practical workshops based on pre-designed professional standards.
Flow Optimization (VSM): Mapping processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and reducing production lead times.
Efficiency Enhancement (SMED): Reducing machine changeover times and increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Layout Design: Designing efficient workspace and assembly line layouts to ensure smooth, continuous material flow.
KPI Reporting: Monitoring implemented Lean processes utilizing a professional audit system.
Poka-Yoke: Implementing technical solutions and operational arrangements to eliminate errors and defects in production.
Standardization: Translating and integrating global TREVES processes into the daily operations of the plant.
Training & Development: Educating staff on Lean tools and fostering a strong plant culture of continuous improvement.
Education: University degree or Secondary school education; a technical background is an advantage.
LEAN Experience: Strong focus on the practical implementation of LEAN principles. (Note: The original phrasing was a bit awkward for a job requirement, so this adapts it to highlight the candidate's ability to actually execute Lean concepts).
System Knowledge: Solid understanding of production and ERP systems.
