As part of this growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager for our Campulung Production Site, who will play a key role in driving the site’s operational performance and supporting its long-term success.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the production site. Acting as the Plant Manager’s right-hand, he/she assumes full responsibility for plant management in the Plant Manager’s absence.
Key responsibilities include:
Production & Performance: ensure production targets in terms of productivity, cost, delivery and quality are met.
Quality & Continuous Improvement: implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to secure competitiveness and operational excellence.
Maintenance & Reliability: oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Logistics & Supply Chain: guarantee smooth material flows and alignment with customer and supplier requirements.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): promote a safety-first culture, ensure compliance with regulations and strengthen environmental standards.
Team Management: lead, motivate and develop operational teams to achieve excellence.
Budget & Cost Control: support the preparation and monitoring of the operational budget and identify optimization levers.
Transversal Responsibilities

Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production or equivalent.
Experience: 7–10 years in an industrial environment, with proven track record in production, maintenance or logistics management, preferably within the automotive or another demanding industry.
Technical skills: solid knowledge of Lean/Kaizen tools, quality systems, maintenance, and supply chain processes.
Managerial skills: confirmed experience in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Languages: fluent English is required.
Soft skills: result-driven mindset, continuous improvement orientation, adaptability, change management culture, and resilience in a challenging industrial context.
