Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking for an analytical and proactive Plant Controller to become a key financial partner for our plant management in Slovakia.

What You’ll Do:

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead annual budgeting (N+1 & N+2), monthly P&L/cash forecasting, and budget gap analysis.

• Profitability Analysis: Analyze margins across product families and oversee hourly rates and production costs.

• Cost & Asset Control: Monitor inventory, scrap, CapEx, and oversee purchase/sale prices (including intra-group flows).

• Cash Management: Elaborate cash flow forecasts and drive cash optimization plans.

What You Bring:

• Education & Experience: Master’s in Finance/Economics with 2+ years of controlling experience (international environment preferred).

• Hard Skills: Strong grasp of IFRS, financial planning, and basic production processes.

• Tech Stack: MS Excel Expert. SAP experience is a major advantage!

• Soft Skills: Fluent English with the ability to clearly present financial insights to non-financial leaders.
