As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Plant Manager to manage our team in Tabor.

Your Role as Plant Manager

• Lead operational performance across production, logistics, and quality targets at our Tábor facility while modernizing manufacturing processes.

• Drive operational excellence across complex, multi-site matrix structures, working closely with global teams and centralized corporate functions (e.g., matrixed Purchasing models).

• Unite, motivate, and develop a diverse, cross-cultural workforce with empathy, fairness, and a commitment to building a strong workplace culture.

• Oversee day-to-day operations while managing P&L responsibilities, safety, sustainability, and long-term efficiency.

• Serve as the face of the company for local authorities, union representatives, and international leadership, fostering trust and operational alignment.

• Ensure strict adherence to global corporate guidelines, local legal requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience operating within international business environments and multi-site matrix organizations (globally or multi-site domestic); candidates from single-site operations will not fit our setup.

• Essential background in automotive manufacturing, ideally with a Tier-1 supplier (or Tier-2 with a clear, proven understanding of your position in the global supply chain).

• A technical degree (Engineering or relevant technical study) paired with strong business acumen and P&L familiarity.

• Fluent in Czech and exceptionally strong in English to collaborate across global networks.
