As our company continues to grow, so do the opportunities within it. To support our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Plant Production Manager to manage our team in Tabor.

What You'll Do

  • Drive day-to-day operations under the P10 process while fostering a high-performance culture, clear communication, and teamwork.
  • Track daily production output, analyze cost variances, and execute productivity actions to meet budget and profitability targets.

  • Handle staffing, on-the-job safety/process training, and skill development to build team autonomy and support new project launches.

  • Guarantee on-time delivery and strict quality standards across all serial, spare part, and end-of-life production phases.

  • Lead plant productivity projects, deploy lean principles (TIMES methodology), and support environmental/safety initiatives.

  • Enforce Group policies—including QHSE, Anti-Corruption, Information Security, and Group IT standards—across the department.

  • Lead the departmental budget process and partner with interdepartmental teams on industrialization, launch phases, and change management.

Profil

What you bring

  • Proven track record in a leadership or managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

  • Strong knowledge of production management processes, shop-floor controls, and serial production execution (P10 "Produce & Deliver").

  • Practical expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, productivity planning, and continuous improvement methods (eg, TIMES, 5S, Kaizen).

  • Experience managing department budgets, cost variance analysis, and tracking productivity/profitability KPIs.

  • Deep commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards (QHSE) and compliance policies.

  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff autonomy.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments during product launches, industrialization, and change management initiatives
