Description du poste

We are looking for a Site Quality Manager for our production site in Valladolid (Spain).

Main missions

As a member of the CODIR and under the responsibility of the Site Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Deploy and ensure compliance with quality policies and the quality management system according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Guarantee product compliance with customer requirements from the industrialization phases.

  • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes on site.

  • Coordinate and lead the site quality team.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and renewal of quality certifications.

  • Carry out internal audits and monitor associated action plans.

  • Management of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with supplier quality requirements and quality incident management.
  • Represent customers on site and be their preferred quality contact.

  • Authorizes charges back for customer serial life clains or warranties.

  • Analyze non-conformities, implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Define and monitor the site's quality performance indicators.

  • Stop production in case of critical non-conformity.

  • Ensure communication and coordination with other departments and the Quality Group.


Profil

  • Proven experience in industrial quality, ideally in the automotive sector ( minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position).

  • Mastery of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and continuous improvement tools (QRQC, 8D, FMEA).

  • Team management and project management skills.

  • Ability to work across departments with the group's various departments.

  • Analytical skills, responsiveness and initiative.

  • Professional English and conversational French required.
