In the automotive world, quality is the foundation of trust. We need a rigorous professional to ensure our systems not only meet global requirements but set the benchmark for the industry.
As the Plant System Quality Engineer, you are responsible for the heartbeat of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will ensure that our processes are compliant, our teams are trained, and our "culture of quality" is felt in every corner of the plant. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation: Lead the effective execution of the QMS and track the implementation of TIMES (Treves Integration Management Excellence System), supporting teams to hit high-performance scores. Audit Leadership: Serve as the key support for internal, external, and customer-specific audits, ensuring full compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards. Continuous Improvement: Support process owners in building robust process reviews, utilizing risk analysis and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles. Core Tools & Training: Implement Quality Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies. You will also lead training for newcomers and existing staff on management system rules and CSR compliance. Knowledge Sharing: Act as the bridge for "Lessons Learned" and knowledge sharing between plants to harmonize management systems. Strategic Monitoring: Perform internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and support the Quality Manager in monitoring certification bodies and developing the system based on audit discrepancies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who bridges the gap between complex standards and practical shop-floor applications.
Experience: Proven experience in Quality System management within the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 .
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Ishakawa, 5S).
Audit Skills: Certified Internal Auditor status is a significant advantage. You should be comfortable navigating rigorous customer and third-party audits.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to perform risk analysis and use data to drive system improvements and PDCA cycles.
Communication & Coaching: A natural teacher who can promote a "Quality First" culture and simplify complex requirements.
Language: Fluency in English is required for reporting within the Treves Group and understanding international customer requirements.
